MY BIO
I am Carmine Rodi Falanga, born on August 1, 1977, and my passion for education has always driven me to create training solutions that are engaging and inspiring for young people and adults alike. My journey in this field began in 2002 when I became involved in European educational and mobility programs like Youth, Youth in Action, and Erasmus+. These experiences fueled my desire to impact others, leading me to co-found the “Cooperativa Muovimente” in Italy and “Vice Versa” in the Czech Republic. Today, as a freelancer, I work as a trainer, facilitator, and event host, designing experiences that foster both personal and professional growth.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, which has provided a strong foundation for my work. In 2005, I completed a pivotal "Training for Trainers" course, further refining my skills in this domain. More recently, in 2023, I earned certification in the Pesso-Boyden psychotherapy method, enabling me to create even more profound and impactful learning environments. My approach combines experiential, story-based, and game-based learning, ensuring that each session is both educational and transformative.

I grew up in southern Italy, where humor and remarkable comedies are deeply ingrained in the culture. Jokes and laughter were everywhere, but I wasn’t the natural entertainer. It wasn’t until I honed my public speaking skills as a trainer that I discovered my love for stand-up comedy. Watching live shows in the UK ignited my passion, and when I returned to Prague, I dove into performing at open mics.
Alongside my work in education, I’ve developed a strong presence as a stand-up comedian. Since 2017, I’ve been primarily active in Prague, where I regularly host, produce, and headline shows. My comedic journey has taken me to international stages in countries like Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, the UK, Ireland, Georgia, Estonia, Italy, and Spain. In 2024, I had the honor of headlining for the Prague Fringe, and I’ve had the opportunity to host or open for renowned comedians such as Vir Das, Bianca Cristovao, and Joe Rooney.
In addition to performing, I also run comedy writing and delivery workshops for companies and NGOs. These workshops are designed to help teams unlock their comedic potential, culminating in a unique and entertaining event that I can help host. If you’re interested in adding a touch of humor to your next event, feel free to reach out — I’m available in both English and Italian.
On this page, you can keep track of my upcoming appearances, gigs, and shows. Please remember that everything shared here is meant to be taken in a lighthearted, humorous context. And since 2020, I’ve also been running online events, making it easier than ever to connect and share a laugh, no matter where you are.
In everything I do, whether it's training or comedy, my goal is to create experiences that are not only educational but also fun and deeply meaningful. Let’s connect and see how we can make learning an enjoyable journey together.
