  • in my training work, I create tailor-made experiences for individuals and groups who want to develop their potential and learn new skills

Since 2002 I design and deliver training programs for individuals, organizations and companies both in the private and public sector. I worked everywhere in Europe and have had experiences in Africa and America.

Background and main areas of focus:

I have a Master Degree in Business and Economics (University of Salerno, 2002), 16 years of experience as a facilitator and lecturer and 5 years of experience as a journalist. Since 2002-2011 I was employed at the Eurodesk / European Information Office of the University of Tuscia (Viterbo, Italy) as communication and education campaigns officer.

In 2004/05 I completed the SALTO-Council of Europe Training for Trainers.

I co-founded the Cooperativa sociale Muovimente in Italy (2007) and Viceversa CZ in Czech Republic (2018).

Since 2011 I am fully self-employed.

My main areas of work are:

  • media & communication, critical media literacy (incl. contrast to "fake news" and toxic narratives),
  • teamwork, team building;
  • intercultural learning and understanding;
  • training for trainers;
  • public speaking - now including stand-up comedy;
  • Storytelling (theory and practice of different methods);
  • games and gamification.
